Happy July 2013 Deaf Women United New Jersey & Greater Philadelphia Members!

Here is a list of a few activities in the month of July that may interest you:

1. Every Tuesday at 6:00 p.m., in Ventnor New Jersey meet at S. Martindale Avenue Boardwalk for Walk/Jog Fitness Fun!
2. Every Thursday at 7:00 p.m., in Ocean City, New Jersey meet at 23rd Street Boardwalk for Walk/Jog Fitness Fun! 
3. Every Thursday is THRILLING THURSDAY in Margate, New Jersey.  No beach tags required on this day throughout the summer, join us at Huntington Avenue Beach in Margate from 10:00 a.m. until 6:00 p.m.

DWU Conference 2013!

June 19 to 23rd four of our Deaf Women United of New Jersey and Greater Philadelphia Representatives will be participating in DWU Conference 2013 in San Antonio, Texas!

Deaf Women United Presents: The White Martini Party!

On June 2, 2013 Deaf Women United of New Jersey & Greater Philadelphia hosted 

The White Martini Party

in Burlington, New Jersey, this was a VIP private event to help raise a portion of funds for four of our ladies who are representing DWU of NJ & GP at the Deaf Women United Conference in Texas June 19 - June 23, 2013

Ultimate Girls Day Out

On Saturday, April 27, 2013 Deaf Women United of New Jersey & Greater Philadelphia held their FIRST annual:

Over 15 exhibitors displayed food sampling, fashion, jewelry, makeovers, health & wellness, beauty secrets, cooking demos, kitchen gadgets and so much more!

From Camden and points west:

Take Route 38 East. Pass the Moorestown Mall. At the fifth set of traffic lights after the Mall, turn right onto Mount Laurel Road. Go 1/8-mile to the first traffic light. See library on the left. Turn left, then right into library's parking lot.

From Mount Holly and points east:

Take Route 38 West. After crossing I-295, go to third traffic light, which is Mount Laurel Road. Turn left (use jughandle). Go 1/8-mile to the first traffic light. See library on the left. Turn left, then right into library's parking lot.

From the New Jersey Turnpike:

Take Turnpike exit 4 to Route 73 North. Take Route 38 East. Pass the Moorestown Mall. At the fifth set of traffic lights after the Mall, turn right onto Mount Laurel Road. Go 1/8-mile to the first traffic light. See library on the left. Turn left, then right into library's parking lot.

From Interstate 295:

Southbound: Take exit 40 (Route 38 toward Moorestown). Northbound: Take exit 40B (Route 38 toward Moorestown). Go to third traffic light, which is Mount Laurel Road. Turn left (use jughandle). Go 1/8-mile to the first traffic light. See library on the left. Turn left, then right into library's parking lot.

From Philadelphia:

Take I-676 to the Ben Franklin Bridge. Follow Kaighn Avenue until it becomes 38 East. Follow directions above for Camden and points East.
